Hello. Van did not pass smog today. Passed last year and I never drive it. Runs great. V8. No leaks.

any ideas would be great. Catalytic converter has been replaces a few years ago. new plugs as well. Coil is old and a bit rusty.

 

Check for codes?

Flick the ignition on off on off on off on and count the flashes from the check engine light. don't start the vehicle just back and forth between off and run.
