seatbelt will not come out all the way
Hi all.
I just had a friend re do my carpet and when putting the seat belt retractor back on the floor, it wont let enough seatbelt out to remount them...2 out of 3 are doing this to him.
Any ideas?

The retractor lock operates via fast motion or gravity. If the new carpet is keeping the retractor from sitting flat the belt will remain locked.
