Here is a really bad picture of mine from the ground looking up at behind the rear bumper near the tailpipe. I can take better pictures from the side if needed when the sun is lower.



I hope you can use those springs because the oem ones are discontinued. Good news is though a lot of pick a part places are online now. So you just put your model info in a form and then you have several places from all over the us that will strip their 99 van for what you can't buy new and ship it to you.

Yea my spring eye is waaaay lower than the shackle. I think that is where I am getting most of my lift from. Hopefully my springs are not bent, just out of place.

I guessed right when I assumed I had to take the shackle mount off. Only thing is removing the spring at the front spring eye. I'll check tomorrow.

Well, it's fixed. I was able to removed the shackle mount and lift up the rear spring eye. It was a little difficult, but only took me a few hours.
