Default 3500b stalling

My Roadtrek is built on a Dodge 3500b when I first start it up After it's been sitting a couple of days and start to drive it will stall. I have tried Seafoam thinking it might be a gas issue Before adding more Seafoam I want to make sure I'm on the right track.
Any ideas would be welcomed.
Thanks

Cleaned the throttle body? Checked the Plenum?

The IAC valve controls the idle speed and it has a habit of getting sticky. I would start by removing the valve and cleaning the plunger end and also clean inside the throttle body hole the IAC came out of. If that doesn't solve the problem you might have to replace the IAC valve.
