Default Transmission Bell Housing Bolt Size? 94 B350

I removed my dog house to change the air filter and noticed a leak on the bell housing. Bolt completely gone. Checked the others and they were loose enough to turn by hand... Guy who installed my engine said he couldn't find the torque specs... Didn't know he left them that loose.

Anyone know the correct bolt size or have a link to a single? What about the correct torque specs?

I think they are either 9/16ths, or 15mm. I just torque 'em down good 'n tight. Never had any back out/fall out.

Thanks! Think I can just pull one of the loose ones and take it to the hardware store? Threadlock a bad idea?

Yep. Hardware store will sell them to you by the pound.

I never used thread locker on them. Torque 'em nice and tight, and it shouldn't be a problem.

I don't think regular hardware store stock (grade 2) is strong enough, you're going to want the bolts to be a minimum of grade 5.
