Default Low volts at rear of van

I've got a 99 Ram Van 3500 with a low voltage problem at the rear power lock and the center brake light. The voltage at those locations is around 10V if I remember right. Anyway, it's low enough that the power lock doesn't work and the center brake light (above the rear door) doesn't come on.

The tail lights, turn signals, and regular brake lights work fine, and get a solid 12V at the sockets.

A corroded connector seems like a likely culprit, but why would it happen to the locks and center brake light only? I suppose there could be 2 corroded connectors or splices, one for each.

Any ideas where I should look? When I checked under the van, the wiring was all hidden in wire loom and I didn't see any obvious splices or connectors. Would they be under the van, or might they be hidden inside a wall or pillar?

Check all your connections, especially the ones in the harness that runs UNDER the van. Likely just a dirty connector somewhere.
