Default Tire Size Help

I am going to need to replace the tires for my '86 B350. The tires on them currently are 8.75x16.5's. Is there a modern tire that I would be able to put on them, as I can only seem to find one kind of tire? Thanks for any help.

May wanna consider getting different rims... 16.5' are becoming rare, and expensive. Maybe a 17 or 18 inch rim? What's your current tire diameter?

Current size are 16.5. When I bought it, it came with some 17's inside. But, i tried them out today and they don't clear. It's hitting the inside.
