Default Seatbelt Mildew Removal

Just bought my first (preowned) dodge ram campervan. I love it but the seatbelts are covered in black spots that im sure is mildew (its florida)

i tried bleach, baking soda and vinegar and nothing worked. Is there something else i can try without resorting to a total belt replacement? Thankyou.

Mix a bleach solution if the mildew stains remain. For coloured straps, mix 1 to 2 tbsp of powdered all-fabric bleach containing sodium perborate with 1/2 litre (1 pint) of hot water. If the straps are white, mix 2 tbsp of chlorine bleach with 1 litre (2 pints) of warm water. Use a sponge to soak the mildew spots with the solution.

Try using a stiff brush with said products.
