Trying to find a cable or part number for the cable that opens the door from the inside. It goes from the handle to the door latch. Is the pickup truck cable the same?

 

I can't even find a parts diagram that shows the interior door handle.......

 

I think its a Genuine Mopar Cable 5278408AA but hard to find.

 

Here's one, but, wow. NOT inexpensive for a bit of wire.....

 

Ended up getting a cable on order for 65 dollars delivered from Mopar Parts Giant. These cables are getting hard to find and pretty much only fit the van front doors. If you see one in the junk yard, grab it. Sort of a high wear item that instantly fails with no warning. It forces you to roll down the window and open the door from the outside. Delivery is a couple of weeks out too.
