Default 95 b3500 shifting issues

So I bought b3500 pop top camper earlier this year. I drove it from south Carolina to Pennsylvania to get it back home and I new to had transmission issues. Hard shifts in the low gears. Will shift into neutral randomly. Hard time finding reverse.

I know the previous owner towed his boat alot with it. I checked the fluid. Seems kind of thin.

Just wondering thoughts on getting a flush/fluid and filter change? Or just opt for a rebuild?

Thanks

If it ain't dead yet, a flush will most certainly kill it. Your trans is purely hydraulically controlled for 1-3rd gears, so, if it ain't actin' right, that is a mechanical issue. Given the age of the van, think I would go directly to the rebuild.
