I am trying to temporarily remove my driver's seat and have been having trouble getting the connector out of the clip to remove the seat.

This is right under the drivers seat.
I was unable to remove the white piece from the black clip on the bottom. I would like to reuse the black clip if possible. Any tips would be appreciated.

 

There should just be a couple 'ears' you squeeze together on the underside of that cross brace, and the black part comes out too.
