I've been troubleshooting an idle stall issue and P0505 error on a 2000 Dodge Ram Van 1500 5.2L. After following the steps in this thread, (replaced IAC, disconnected IAC wires from PCM terminal) it seemed like the issue was my PCM. I bought a replacement from SoloPCM ($250) and after disconnecting the negative battery terminal, swapped it in for the original. I no longer have a Check Engine light, but now the van won't start and it sounds like the fuel pump is running continuously anytime the key is in the ON position. Moreover, I've got something -possibly gas, though it doesn't smell strong enough- leaking off the muffler when the fuel pump runs continuously.
What the heck is going on?
When I pull the Fuel Pump Fuse out of the fuse box on the driver's side of the dash, the pump stops running.
When I test the two relays in the driver's side fuse box that seem likely to be the Fuel Pump Relay based on the service manual (see photo), they both seem fine. Manual calls for 70-80 ohms resistance between terminal 85 and 86. I'm getting about 84 ohms on both, but otherwise they work as expected. And removing them does not stop the pump running.
When I pull the 5-prong relay from underneath the driver's side fuse box, that stops the fuel pump from running, but I'm not even sure what that relay is.
Anyone got any ideas? Really appreciate any help y'all can lend.

I just popped out the mystery 5-pin relay and blinkers still work fine. But the fuel pump doesn't run. Plug it back in and the fuel pump runs as soon as I turn the key to ON.
OReilly has a relay that looks fairly identical when I search for "fuel pump relay" for a 2000 Dodge Ram Van.
But I'm still stumped, as this relay tests fine and worked fine with the original PCM
