Default DOOR TRIGGERS on a 98 Conversion

I'm trying to find the wire that I can use to trigger an alarm when any of the doors open. The two front doors don't have pin switches as the switches are part of the latch assembly. The side and rear doors use pin switches. However, I don't know where the wires go, as there is no door-operated domelight on this camper from the factory. Instead, there is a manually-operated map light and manually-operated house lights.
I'd love to access one wire that would trigger my alarm if any of these doors open. Any ideas? Somewhere in the fusebox? Headlight switch? Somewhere else?

No dome lights with a door open? That seems strange...... I know on my Astro Van, there was a switch that would disable the dome lights.... anything like that on your van?

I'm sure there originally was a dome light that was removed during the camper conversion. The easiest place to access the original door trigger wire would be at the 16 Pin Connector above Brake Pedal. It is a yellow wire which will measure +12v then goes to 0v when a door is opened.

As alloro stated, it was undoubtedly removed during the conversion to a camper.

Hi, Alloro (or anyone who can answer this)

The only 16-pin connector above the brake pedal appears to be the OBD ScanTool connector (which has no yellow wire). There is another connector to the left and behind, the brake pedal, which has a yellow wire, but that wire doesn't have any voltage, regardless of the door position. Any pointers appreciated.

Sorry, meant to say 'parking' brake pedal.
