Default Dodge Ram Van 2003 Regency 5.2L Parastic Draw

I was wondering if someone might be able to give me any ideas. Van dies after a few days of not driving.
Did a parasitic Draw test and found. Pulling one fuse makes the amp draw from 1.7A to 0.3A
Its the First fuse on the left above the relay which was caged with a yellow blocking device.
Also the relay right below it was getting warm just from having the door open about 10 minutes.
Im assuming its something with the interior lights.
Also with the doors open my front and middle dome lights work. But I dont seem to be getting power in the back dome lights. Is this the same for you all?
Im assuming it might be something with the rear dome lights? its the type where you push them to the sides to turn on.

Conversion van? Wiring issues on those can be a nightmare, as you have no idea what the conversion company did....

I suspect the covered fuse is the IOD fuse. (Ignition off Draw) It supplies power to things like the glove box light, ashtray light, under-hood light, etc.

I was fiddling with this and have some more info and some new bad news ( Or good maybe?)
When I used to close the door the dome lights turned off. Now with the door shut it stays on.
In the fuse relay junction box interior driver side.
With Fuse 1 pulled Amp draw goes from 1.062A to 0.128A
with Relay A out ( Fuse 1) Amp draw goes from 1.062A to 0.945A (This part is warm to the touch)

Any ideas? Central timing module?
Im assuming there is more than one thing going on here

Could try swapping the relay out with another one, see if the problem remains. If it does, yeah, prolly CTM.

I got the power draw down to 0.134A
is this normal for you all?
For the Dome Lights not Turning off when door closed.
The Headlamp Switch if clicked in all the way to the left will keep interior lights on while door closed.
in the middle position is where its supposed to be.
If Clicked all the way to the right it will produce about 0.1A more draw but turn the lights off regardless of door position.
I think messing with this switch did something to break something free in the inside of this headlamp switch.

Next for the Rear Dome Lights.
One of the Three connectors came undone ( not sure how)
Connectors goes in as follows Left ( Blue wire positive) Middle ( White Wire with Green Stripe Negative) Right ( White White)
But that wasn't the only issue,
The metal contacts for the toggle was kind of loose. So I had to dismantle it and bend the tabs in a little to make better connection to the metal plate.
If you open this up you will see what I mean.used fine flat head to press it in a little and greased with silicone grease. (Plastic Safe)

Thank you for trying to help.
Thats the first thing I did.
I switched the relay directly below it to test. I think it was the horn relay.
it seemed less abused just by feeling it but it too got warm to the touch.
after leaving the door open for awhile.

I think in this vehicle the lights dont go off automatically if doors not shut. It might just stay on

If you have the highline CTM, the lights should stay on for a couple minutes after all doors are shut. Does it do that trick??

Im under the impression lights might always be on if the light dimmer switch is clicked to the left .
I think it was in that position.

Not sure if the dome lights ever turn off if one of the doors isnt shut. with the headlamp switch in the middle position.

I think I found the or an issue.
The passenger door latch is integrated with a door ajar switch.
The vehicle thinks the door is closed at all times even when its actually open. Not affecting the power locks or windows.
So when the passenger door is actually open the dome light dont turn on.
This may be affecting my power draw too?
This latch mechanism is kind of rare and only used in a few years for these vans.
Seems old out everywhere or around $100.
Will patiently wait for a junk yard to become available.

If anyone wanted to know this part number
55359229AA Driver Side
55359228AA Passenger Side ( This was broken on my vehicle)

If anyone here is reading this or questioning theirs. If your door is open but the dome lights dont turn on.
#1 Make sure your headlamp switch at the front isnt clicked all the way to the right.
#2 Disassemble door to get to the latch.
2 connectors come out of it.
The one toward the top is the Ajar Switch.
The one toward the bottom is the power lock motor
Test
The connector that goes to the wiring harness to the car. use a paper clip to both terminals and see if headlights come on.
This would imply wiring is good on the car side.
Check continuity on the Assembly itself.
If there is continuity its stuck where the lights will always be on.
If no continuity yours will be like mine and wont turn on.

Im sure there is a way to disassemble and clean the unit but I didnt have time or the WILL to go this that far today.
I did try spraying a bunch of silicone dielectric grease in there to see if it would clean it. I saw a BLIP of light and then back to darkness.
So there is hope but this will be continued for another episode
