Glaval Primetime, per the internet. Kind of like a Maybach or an AMG, but for Dodge vans, lol.

Look like nice conversions from what I can see. Seems like their purpose was for airport shuttling, maybe?

You'll have the best idea and ability to measure on that, I had a 1994 Ram 3500 Crew Cab conversion pickup, that had a rear bench/bed conversion seat. I would have called it a "full size" mattress if that's what you're asking.

Code is for target idle not reached, the funny little box on the floor there looks like a couple power outlets, and an antenna connection... Not related.

Does the engine idle right around 650 or so when fully warmed up, in gear?

okay ima check the fuse box to see if that’s on there thanks .. and far as the other question when it comes to cars I’m clueless but idle kind of strong .. my coworker who’s a mechanic said he think it’s might be a vacuum leak and to take the dog house off and see If I see or hear it

While you have the doghouse off, pull the air filter housing, and have a look INSIDE the intake manifold. (Just crack the throttle wide open, engine NOT running,) see if there is oil pooling in there. Common problem on the magnum engines.
