Default 1996 Ram 2500 Van NOT B VAN wiper bushing

Greetings,

I am trying to replace the wiper pivot bushings on my '96 Ram 2500 Van. It is not a B-van. It is actually a StarQuest conversion, but that shouldn't matter here.

I have scoured my town, and even looked online, for wiper pivot bushings for this thing. The B-Van bushings are far too small, and the Dorman multi-bushing kit has one that has the correct inside diameter, but there's no way I'm getting that thing in the hole.

Please help. It's starting to get rainy here, and I'd like this fixed. Should I just go to the dealership? Is there a parts store model that I can use?

If it's a full size van, it *should* be a "B" van..... and the wiper system should still be stock dodge parts..... Part number I come up with is 3799089, and are still available from Dodge.... About 8 bucks a whack though.....

Thank you for that, I didn't even know that a B-Van was even a thing until yesterday. It's just a Ram 2500 Van. That's all I know. Here's my problem, though. The bar that receives the bushing has two small slots, one on either side. All of the B-Van bushing I've seen are much smaller and have only one tab. They look nothing like the one that I took out.

As it turned out, I got the Dorman set of various wiper bushings and cut 2 tabs off of one, and it fit perfectly. We'll see how long it lasts. In the mean time, I'll look up that part number and see if it is anything like what I currently have.
