Default Blowing 20 amp fuses

my 2000 Dodge 3500 ram van keeps blowing my 20 amp fuse for my turn signals and wiper blades. I used the multimeter and if I’m reading it correctly, it says 80 A are trying to go through it. What’s going on?

Maybe have a short somewhere? What all is powered via that fuse? And under what circumstances does it blow?

The wipers and turn signals, but it will blow when I turn on the engine or if I try to use the wipers.

There is your starting point then. It's likely a wiring issue, something is grounding out somewhere. Finding it is the fun part...... Think I would start where the wires come thru the bulkhead to the wiper motor.

If you first unplug the wiper motor, then start the engine, will the turn signals work and not blow the fuse?
