Gentlemen I appreciate all the support you all have provided. I think Iv narrowed down my issues.
Its actually the Intake Gaskets or the plenum gasket. Driving with the interior engine cover off. I noticed alot of smoke coming from the driver side of the engine. Its just weeping air/smoke and throwing off the fuel air ratio balance in my vehicle. I think this caused the stalling issues along with a corroded / pitted distributor cap.
Basically in this condition the vehicle can drive about 5 or 6 miles at under 2K rpm and when its about to finally stall out and difficult to get idling again until cold, it will make a ticking noise.
If you also think you might have this issue. Take a bore scope into the throttle body and you might see black stuff inside the bottom of the intake.

I expect to see some black stuff inside the intake, mainly from the PCV system, but, if you see oil pooling in there.... That's a bad sign.

So my driver side valve cover gasket blew out. There was exhaust gases pouring out of there while driving. Not even sure if the PCV had enough pressure to vent off any gasses.

What year and model is this thread about? I am following - have the same transmission in my 1994 B350. One semi-consistent problem is that when I back out of my driveway, then go to shift into drive, it will hesitate or sometimes stall. Also have similar issues discussed here. Thanks.

The pcv valve works off vacuum, not pressure. It there is alot of pressure building up inside the engine then the pcv valve may not be working and a new one is needed.

With my extensive research on this subject here are the usual culprits.
Before throwing parts at it.
Check under rotary cap see if every looks good not pitted.
Clean Throttle Body and check inside the bore to see if the bottom of the intake or keiger has black build up or oil. Might need a bore scope.
If there is alot of oil then the Plenum Gasket might need to be replaced and there is air escaping from there.
Also while idling at around 2k for a bit see if there is any smoke escaping from the engine area. Might be a leak or valve cover gasket.

Next try Changing IAC, Cam or Crank Sensors if the above have been addressed.

Basically its Plenum Gasket, IAC, Issues.
Rock auto has some good closeout deals right now on these parts! $10 IAC Felpro gaskets on sale $10 shipping.
The only downside is. Id probably consider buying an entire kit for the job because it comes with BOLTS not just the gaskets.
If you bought the bolts alone it might cost as much as the kit. Unless someone knows where I can get bolts for cheap.

I head somewhere the 5.2L and 5.9L heads are the same also the intake. Your engine specifics might vary.

Also while cleaning the IAC, try not to turn it because it seems to be pinned in place and if you break that pin I dont know if salvageable.
Just clean around the phallic like head and shaft.
I broke one trying to clean it and got a replacement.
