Okay so I bought my van off face book market place and it ran great for a few months and then I started having stalling issues so I figured it was the fule pump long story made short I’ve replaced the fule pump just installed a brand new starter and all the thing will do when I try to turn it over is make a rapid loud clicking noise I’ve tried different batteries and tried jumping it with another veichle and all it dose is the same thing has anyone experienced this issue and what can I do to solve it please help I live out of my van and having it not working puts me in a bad situation

 

Where is the rapid clicking coming from? Starter relay? Starter itself? Somewhere else?

 

Use a hairdryer and get the PCM nice and warm, then try starting it. If it starts, the PCM is the problem.
