For this Van's latest trick, the starter will engage and grind, just like I'm turning the key..WHILE idling in Park, or Neutral. It'll stop if I put it in gear, so that should tell me something. But am at a loss as to just what. Any ideas?? It's a 98 Regency Conversion 1500, 383 cu engine. It usually runs for about five minutes before it does this...
