Default Spark Plug of choice.

What is everyones spark plug of choice? Im probably going to just get some autolites from walmart unless there is something much better. Also are those fram air hogs any good? Or should I just go with a K&N. On a side note my truck sat for a few years witout really beeing ran. What are the best ways to get it turned back up good. So far I'm going to change the air and fuel filters, and spark plugs and wires. Also Im going to flush the radiator and change the oil and oil filter obviously. What else whould be done.

That's what I use except in the Platinum plug. They seem to hold up pretty good.

NGK V-power
ZRF5F-11 part #2262
I did have the stock champion platinums. they worked well but the NGK's gave a smoother idle.

I use the Platinum plus 4's in all my vehicles and I will put a set on my truck when it comes due.
