what is the difference betveen ram 2500 with lights on the roof and the other wich dont hawe them? is it only the lights ore something else?

only difference are the holes that are cut in the roof and the lights mounted in them, thats it.

You can also but a truck without them and get a kit either from the dealer or another venue to add them to a truck that is not equipped if you so desire. It falls to personal preferance. On the 2nd gen and older I think they look good. I don't like the way the look on the 3rd gen's though. Like I said, personal preferance.

 

My 3rd gen has em. I like it compared to none. Haven't paid much attention to the difference in designs. Because im not likely giving my truck up anytime soon. I'd loose my butt in it but if I could i'd probably go to a 2002 3/4 ton long box. Since they would still be 2nd gen unless I went 1/2 ton. W/ Cab lights
