Computer Problem HELP
I have a 1999 Ram2500 HD SLT ..Went for inspection and failed..Fail Code 1492..This code is Ambiant Temp. Senor Hi
Sounds like a no brainer .Locate the sensor and replace..(sounds good) The only problem is that the truck was not equipt with
a electrionic over head console..I`m told the sensor is to detect the outside air temp.. and I can`t clear the code I`m using a Pro Link
Scanner ...O and did i mention the check engine light is NOT on..Thanks for reading the question and double thanks if you can help..
