Sorry to hear the problem w/the intake kit... I just installed the K&N kit w/o issues. I'd demand a refund.

 

You can only muscle it on if there is a rubber end to it AND you have access to a hot boiling vat of water to stick it in and soften it up. If this IS INDEED the correct size, then maybe the heating of prep to get it on is incorrect.

Many endings are rubber, as they will guarantee a more proper and air tight fit. Yet, if you don't have this....then
time to FIGHT BACK with them. Tell them you will write to the Better Business Bureau if they don't remedy a solution
to you right away.

Apparantly I have to remove the top of the throttle body to fit the airhat on. I am happy that the guys from 360 just returned my call. Looking back at everything, I was just aggravated by my inability to get the intake on. However, there were no instructions in the box. I will try to put it on tommorrow.

 

Remove the top of the TB? How do you get it back on?... Didn't you say that the breather hose is in the wrong location? Still sounds like you have the wrong one.
