Chrome Rocker Panel Accents?

I have noticed a few newer Rams with Chrome Rocker Panel accent strips in leu of the two tone paint....They look to be about 5-6 inches wide...and are most likely adhered...

These are aftermarket?
What are they called?
Where can you get them?

COST?
