Default Volant installed!

Installed the Volant for my 4.7...Man what a difference! Just from the seat-o-the-pants dyno, it is quicker off the line and feels more powerful all thru the RPM range. Definitely a good investment....

I am torn between the Airforceone, the volant, and the airraid CAI. I don't know which is the best for the hemi. Suggestions?

Hey Great to Hear!!!

I run Volant In my 5.7 and I love it as well. I JUST added the Volant Ram Air Scoop this afternoon... NOW theres where the difference comes in HOLY Smokes I was blown away by the noticeable difference right away, especially in the 4000rpm range... also it feels like its holding third gear longer letting me reach past the 6's. I'm totally bummed on Volants design though for this Ram Scoop... its dumb I had to remove my Fog Lamp and plug in the tube so now I have only one fog lamp (I'm going to take it out). I'll have to get some aftermarket fixtures and hide them behind my grille.

easy install, 10 minutes if you do it right the first time HA.

Really stupid question here.

Does the Volant (or any other) replace the existing filter box and intake or is it in addition to the factory stuff?

I have the hemi Volant CAI and it looks awesome. Best lookng one out there IMO. Some noticable power gain too.

Hey Klute,

Yea Volant is a New Intake Box, New Filter, New Hoses, New Clamps.

I'm sure the others are the same, unless you just do like a K&N Drop.

Anyone who has Volant I highly recommend the Ram Air Scoop.
