Default Possible Problem

Noticed this yesterday, started my truck in the morning and accelerating in first gear was very loud, almost an airy rushing sound. It continued to do that for the first minute or so of driving (out of a residential area) then stopped. Did the same thing today. It will only do it for the first minute though or after having been in park (got stuck behind a train today, parked it, put it back in gear and it did the same thing). Any ideas?

Thanks!

possibly the clutch on the fan being engaged? Mine does it on startup as well, but I know it's the fan clutch...

My dakota did the same thing. I'd agree with Steve00 that it's the fan clutch. Not a problem but more annoying than anything.

Yep, your all right. Thanks for the info and for putting my mind at ease I was a little embarassed to have asked about this issue just because is seemed like such an miniscule problem. Thanks again!
