Has anyone had any problems with their brake lights burning out often? I have a 2002 1500 Quad Cab and have had to change the bulbs 43 times already. When I remove the old one the plastic and medal filiment that slides into the socket looks melted.

 

Sounds like u have a short. Take to a mechanic and they should be able to fix it easily.[:@]

 

Actually it was only 3 times I didnt back space enough when I was typing. 43 times I guess there would really be a problem.
