husky floor mats or the husky liners??
i just got a new dodge and am looking for some kind of floor mats. do any of you have the husky liners in your trucks and if you do how do you like them. i know i want to get the hump liner to protect the carpet in the middle but i don't know how the liner by your feet will be. any thoughts i would appreciate it. if the liners are no good then i'll just go with the regular mats. thanks

Ive got em, and i can honestly say, they cover like 99% of the carpet around the front seats, up over the center console. They dont move, have a bout a inch high lip on them, the center console one, comes down over the driver/pass. The driver side goes up right beside, and meets with the center one up beside the gas pedal, so no shoe marks from the go pedal. same with rear ones, they cover the whole floor, the only spot they dont, is under the seat. but if someone has theyre boots up under your seat, and cant see the floor mats, they deserve a smack. My floor looks brand new, cept for where the seat is, cuz nothing covers right there, as you get in the truck, you know where the tirejack area is, right there.. that lil 10" of carpet, but agian, if someone is steppign there, and not on the floor mat, another smack is heading there way.
the only thing i am wondering about those liners is the dirt and water thats in your shoes just rolls around right, not really held in like the regular floor mats. if you have snow on your boots and it melts, won't your feet be in the water. it doesn't have the channels that the regular mats have. do you think the regular mats will work with the hump liner? thanks for your reply B][GT.

I've got the liners as well and love them. I frequently wade fish for trout and get into the truck with the waders on. I have never had a problem with that much water in the liners that I couldn't dump them.
I also have the husky liners. I think they're great. I never had a problem with that much water collecting "inside". I think most importantly, they protect your carpeting (they also look pretty cool).
Ya, i suppose your right, but all them channels and grooves a pain in the *** to clean. I havent had mine for a winter yet, got mine just at peak mud season, and i sure am glad, my carpet still looks like new. As for water, it dries quick when you throw the heater on high to the floor. I really dont see it being a problem, but i also dont see me bring alot of snow in my baby, boots always get knocked off first.
thanks guys i appreciate all the info. looks like i will be ordering myself front and rear liners in the near future. thanks

Here's mine, Got them front and back. They are the best, I use to have Extreme liners but they just weren't deep enough.
