I would like to lift my front by adjusting the torsin bar, to level out my truck. I heard a 1 1/4" is a safe number.

Are there any issues with warranty??
How do I measure the 1 1/4", threads or truck height??
Do I have to have my truck off the ground??

All you need to do is jack up the front end so your wheels are off the ground, then slide under the cab and tighten the adjustment bolts at the end of the torsion bar. Four turns clockwise will give you a little over an inch of lift. Make sure you turn both bolts the same number of turns.
This will put some extra wear on your tires, so make sure you rotate them frequently. Also, I have been told that if you ever get an alignment, they will probably mess with your adjustments...
