There could be. I bought mine used a couple months ago, and I can't say I am happy at all with the power it makes. Its all it can do to pull my Suzuki Samurai on a trailer.

well, you DID say 25...I figured it was wrong, but 25 from 75 cant be assumed as a key slip...

and why do you pull a samurai on a trailer? off-roader?

Man. A 25 series tire would be one harsh riding set-up.[sm=sigh.gif]

i guess some companies MAY make one, but it would have to be something like 335-25, which would be 13 inches wide, but on a 20" rim,it would still only be 26 inches tall!

Could you imagine what they would be like going on the rim. Screw that.

Yeah its my play toy. Its got a 350 Chevy, TH350 w/ B&M Shifter, D18 Twin Sticked, Locked 9" rear, 33" Pro-Comp's, Optima Yellow top, Uniden CB, and more.

I don't want to make it sound like I hate everything about my Ram, I do like the styling, solid front axle, and the interior. The motor is just a dog. Going by the numbers he posted, his makes a lot more power then mine, I will give it that. I just am wondering now why my buddies got spanked by a old Z71 with almost 200k miles on it.

And sorry for getting your thread off topic.

I also think there is a problem with that 5.9 and that Hemi. My Rumble bee leaves S-10's, Silverado's, Colorados and the Harley edition Fords. The SSR is something to be recond with tho. Haven't raced one yet, but I've been told to prepare for a possible loss to em. If ya like, you can go to www.hemi.com and get a lot of info. I enjoy reading and they have some good stuff in there. Just my 2 cents.

plus, the Z71 may have more race-friendly tranny gearing...steeper diff. gears, different powerband, thus allowing it to be better in a drag racing format. also, does your buddy's hemi have 20s? and the Z71 ,i think, comes with 17s stock...which would also cater to a drag racing advantage.
His truck has 3.43 gears, and he upgraded from stock 265/75/16's to 285/75/16's so that hurt him even more, but yet he was faster. Chevy just makes a better motor. I can admit it. Its all my 5.9 can do to chirp the tires when I get on it, and then, it has to be going around a corner or when its wet out.

there suttin wrong w/ ur truck then cause my dads truck 97 ram 1500 5.9 has all he can do not to chirp and spin out
