Default Starting Problems

I recently had gas in my oil and my 1991 dodge would not start.. I was told to replace the head gaskets so i did.....

The car would not start so i sprayed starter fluid in and it would slightly run off that and then nothing again.... I imagine im not getting fuel to my pistons. i do know i have fuel going to my rail and that my injectors are not clogged.. does any one have any ideas?

Starter fluid?? If the belt was installed wrong, it would still do everything normal, except the valves would not be open/shut at the correct time. Have you done a compression check??
