I'm selling a working TD04HL turbo. I bought it under the premise it would be an upgrade for my Conquest Tsi, turns out it wont bolt on. So I need to sell it as it's just eating up space in my garage.
Condition:
It looks to be in great shape, I cleaned it up a bit so its not grubby looking. I don't know the miles on it. It has very little shaft play. After doing some checking upt, I found out this turbo can be a good cheap power upgrade with a minor amount of work. There are write-ups about the mod on www.3si.org

Yes and no...

You can turbo charge any vehicle...but you will have to make all the upgrades necessary to support it...

Search around this section...there are some parts lists for make a NA Stealth turbo'd...
