UPDATE NEED HELP
after looking at it further we found that it makes a noise when not in park or neutral and it is coming from inside the transmission. its like a earggg neoise and it is constant. anyone know whats wrong?
What is an "earggg" noise? So, you have it in drive and it makes some sort of noise until you start moving? A little more detail would help I think.
Seems like everyone is having tranny trouble this time of year...it's odd.

it doesnt move at all. as for the noise ahha its hard to explain but it sounds like it is coming out of the transmission or from underneath it sumwere were i cant see. it is when the key is in the on postition but the car is not actully running. i was on the way to the movie 2 nights ago and i notice my mph was going done and my rpms up it jsut glided to a end nothing else is wrong with it besides this everything else seems fine
So do you hear a racheting noise?
As for the rpms going up while your speed goes down...that is your tranny slipping. When was the last time you changed your tranny fluid/purge it/changed the filter?

the dealership we got it from said about 70k miles ago on it and i was planning on geting it done this weeknd but then this happend. it is a hard to describe noise kinda like what u are saying or maybe some weird kinda or electrical thing
I know when mine was an auto, I would hear a ratcheting noises when it would shift gears, it came from a relay pack though and that was normal...6G73 w/A604 tranny.
Mine also slipped ONCE after I've been driving for about 2hrs total in the city with some regular ATF+3 (Time It Lube or some place like that [mistake]). After that, I removed and replaced with MOPAR tranny fluid and for 4.5 years after that ran without incident.
Change your fluid, your filter, and check for metal flakes on the magnet, then go from there. It's time for a tranny fluid change anyhow.
