Odometer and Tach not working???

Odometer and Tach not working???
On my 1997 Plymouth Breeze, which is the same as the Stratus, the odometer and the tach dont work, every great once in awhile they will come on, but now have been out for a few weeks. Everything seems to be working fine other then that, does anyone have any updated idea's of what causes this? More annoying then anything. Thanks in advance
