i drive 2001 dodge stratus r/t and it's a quick little car, but i'v been told it's internals are very weak and can't handle more than 250 hp is this true? if so than what can i do about it? i realy want to add some major power and eventualy start making some money off it
Well I know of a guy who is running Ripps SDS, all stock internals and pushing close to if not over 300HP. The thing that really will make your internals hold to the boost or not will be whether your tuning is right or not. Tunning is the biggest factor. So I would say no that is not true our internals can't handle some power..
Likely you will have to go to a stand alone fuel management ... I'm running 34# Mustang fuel injectors
Check out Ripp mods and see if they have a Supercharger for your engine ....
