Default '00 Stratus- Several Issues

Le me lead off by saying I'm definitely no car guy. However, over the past couple years I've dropped plenty of money in repair shops to get this car fixed (different issues each time) and I decided that if at all possible I'm going to fix it myself to save a little money. I have the time, just not the knowledge.

Issue 1- Brake fluid leak

It's a fairly slow leak but I have to add some brake fluid every 2 weeks or so. This morning I walked out to my car to go to work and there is a fluid on the ground around my passenger side rear tire and on in inside of the passenger side tire. I had the master cylinders in my real wheels replaced about a year and a half ago at a repair shop and haven't had any problems until now.

Issue 2-

I have a rattle that is constant and a clunking sound coming from the rear end whenever I go over a speed bump or anything remotely rough. I read in another thread about someone having a similar problem, but on the front end of their car but it was caused by the strut bracket but I have no idea if that may be the case on the rear end of my car.

Issue 3-

This is the one that has been going on the longest. For about the past year my car feels like it is missing on one cylinder when it is idling. When I'm driving it's fine but if I'm just setting there (whether it's in gear or not) it is definitely noticeable.

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

1st remove the wheels and ck the wheel cylinders and brake lines for any leaks. 2nd there is a tsb to replace the rear upper control arms for a rattle or squeak sound coming from the rear.3rd is the ck engine lite on? and what is the codes if its on. Could be time for spark plugs, also after removing the wires see if you have oil running down the spark plug tube. Oil can leak into the cylinder and cause a misfire and could many other things too.
