My 97 stratus died on the side of the interstate. I had it towed home and called a mechanic out to look at it. He told me it was the fuel pump. I bought two new fuel pumps and new fuel filter and checked all the relays. The car still won't start. The fuel pump doesn't run when I turn the key. Please help!

 

Does the engine crank? If the engine doesn't crank, replace the blown fuse for the starter. This fuse also powers up the ASD relay= fuel pump.
