Default need help with cam seals..

Guys I really need some help.
2006 2.4L stratus.

I got a leaking cam seal and its leaking pretty heavily down the back of my motor. I took the valve cover off and its definatly all coming from that one seal. My CEL was on and the code stated the CPS sensor isnt reading or malfunctioning. then the car was bearly going over 30 intermittedly.
I got a new CPS sensor, valve cover gasket and the cam seals.
Took off the valve cover and the front upper cam cover...

Do I have to take off the timing belt? that lower cover and ect.
Is there a easier way? Will it screw it up if i just remove that motor mount jack the motor up a bit and just take those 2 camshaft sprockets off and lean them to the side with tension? The timing belt doesnt seem extremly tight either. Will they be able to be installed with tension?

I was also reading by searching about camshaft seal reatainging things?
Is this needed?

Thanks..

Welcome to DF
Is the oil leaking from the rear of the motor or the front? If its the rear, it could be the camshaft sensor, oil pressure switch or head gasket. If the leak is in the front, Yes you need to remove the timing belt

Thank you!
Well, when your standing in front of the car the leak is from the "rear" side of the motor" i guess, lol. appears somewhere where the black plastic timing cover meets the valve cover. I took the valve cover off and replaced the vavlve cover gasket but cant seem to really see the cam seals.

There is a wire located back there but it appears its just a block ground.
I keep leaning to headgasket since its quite moist there, but its also coming from above that pretty much seems like the back camshaft seal is leaking.

The camshaft position sensor is located on the oppisite side of the leak, but I replaced it due ot the error code my reader read: P0340 -
which stated the cam sensor defective - ect..

Just sucks im in over my head this time I do all my own work but never a dohc timing belt. Seems like id need alot more parts just to even accomplish this.

Raise the car and check with flashlight, is oil leaking from above the oil pressure switch. If it is leaking above the switch, replace the switch.
