Stratus AC won't get cold
2002 Dodge Stratus 2.7L DOHC 24V with 71,000 miles. Air Conditioner was blowing cool then warm and so on. Had it re-charged and checked for leaks at a certified mechanic and it still works only sometimes. Could this be the evaporator core?
