2005 Stratus 2.4 Tensioner
I cannot get the tensioner pulley to move on a 2005 stratus DOHC 2.4. I have rented a pulley tool (which may be dated) but I cannot find the hole to move the tensioner. I only see the bolt connecting the pulley to the block. Any suggestions would be much appreciated. Thanks

AIR CONDITIONING COMPRESSOR/GENERATOR BELT
Raise vehicle on hoist.
Remove right front wheel and belt splash shield.
Insert a 3/8” drive breaker bar into the square opening of the belt tensioner pivot bracket.
CAUTION: Avoid excessive force to over compress belt tensioner. This may result in damage to the belt tensioner.
Gently apply a force to rotate belt tensioner clockwise until the belt tensioner bottoms out and the belt can be removed from pulleys.
Remove belt.
Gently release tensioner.
