Default PCM issues
Does anyone know if the PCM on 97 dodge stratus 2.5 liter can be reprogrammed by anyone other than a dodge dealer?

Programing is only at the dealer, unless you get a module pre program from those web sites that say they can.

It can possibly be reprogrammed by a shop with a dyno if you can get the codes to get into the ecm from somewhere i.e. the dealer.
