Default Stratus 1997 key fob self programming
Is it possible to program stratus key fob by myself? I have one original and I would buy another one on eBay if it is possible. I live in europe, and programming by dealer is very expensive

I believe if you google how to program the key fob, it will tell you. I have done this on a few cars at work.

so, it means that it is possible to program it without going to dealer?

You maybe able too, without the dealer. But I not saying you won't need the dealer.

So do you have instructions how to DIY? I tried to find it, but unsuccessfully.
