Default 2005 Stratus R/T Sedan 2.7 idler pulley on Accessory Belt

I am curious about the the torque specifications on the bolt to tighten the non adjustable idler pulley on the accessory belt is? I had my alternator go out and when I replaced it I get a little squeal when I turn on my AC. I am assuming it don't have the belt tight enough but with all the issues I have had with this thing I could totally see stripping out this bolt and I want to be safe when I get back under it to set the pulley again. I am also wondering where the oil pressure sensor is at, I am going to search tomorrow when I get it on a lift but any help on that would be great too. I wish I would have gotten the coupe so I would have the 3.0! It is a great car when it runs and looks great, just baffles me how the design team came up with this engine, everything seems to take twice as long (and twice the cussing) than any other car I have owned!

Oil pressure switch on the back side of the engine and has a shield that bolted around the sensor. There are two adjusments for the belt tensioner, if you have replace the the belt. Put the tensioner on new setting, if you didn't put it on old setting. THe tighten the bolts.
