Recently did a head gasket on a 97 Stratus 2.5. Heads were rebuilt. Engine started but much valve clatter so shut down. Rechecked timing belt and is dead on. Suspect lifters are not pumping up. Is there any way to check valve train to see what is up or should I run engine until they pump up.
