Just drop in a stage 2 SRT-4 motor into the R/T. It will bolt up.

Also, its not always about how fast you go, but who you beat. People look at certain cars and go.....ahh its an SRT-4...why waste my time......its those people who go....its a Stratus.....smoke em that you really want to kill.

What you also fail to realise is that there are very few people who make kits for the Stratus. However, there are a crap load of mods for the 3.0L motor because its found in the GTS Eclipse and the GTZ Galant as well as the Stealth/3000GT.

The biggest problem is the limited amount made specifically for the Strat. If you are willing to invest the time in swapping out parts....I'd rather have a modded Stratus then an SRT-4 for one reason only........ absolute sleeper....it's like getting your *** handed to you by a VW Bug

I've put a lot of thought into that just dropping in an SRT-4 moter or the Twin turbo kit from the Eclipse. I have an Auto so thats holding me back. How much can an SRT-4 Engne and Trannys cost and will it bolt in?

I've seen the motor/trannies going for a little as around $2 grand. The 2.4L motor (non turbo'd version) comes in the base Stratus/Sebring coupes....so its not hard to bolt up.
