Default Headers 04 R/T

Hi all, first post here! Before the flame fest begins, I have spent the last 1.5 hours searching and searching for headers for my car, even on ebay for the eclipse 01-05 GT/GTS headers, and nada. Suggestions, or better yet.. a link? Also, rippmodds is out of the question, bad bad stories from them.

no flaming here, dont worry..

it seems that headers for the RT or eclipse GT and GTS seem to be hit or miss, and it depends on how much youre willing to spend on them. Ripp Mods sells a header package for the RT, but when I tried doing business with them, they NEVER so much as returned a call or an email, and I made many attempts to contact them. Their headers are very expensive, and I have heard of multiple problems with the quality, or lack thereof. there will frequently be headers on ebay for the RT or GT, but they seem to come and go...its really just a matter of happening to look at the right time.

Thanks for the reply. The only type I seem to find is for the 2.4L eclipse, I need the 3.0, right?

whatsd expensive? the ripp, or the OBX? the OBX are cheap considering that youre getting the headers and the head pipe

I contacted the seller of http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...DME:B:AAQ:US:1 (OBX Racing Header 00-05 Mitsubishi Eclipse GT V6 3.0L) and he told me that he was 100% certain that these will not fit onto my R/T, does he have nfc what he's talking about, or is it true?

how about this..try writing rippmods, and ask them if their GT headers will fit the RT?

i was also looking around and i found amss headers that claim to fit the eclipse galant and stratus so im assuming that they all have the same bolt ups so any set of headers should work on the stratus i assume im looking into buying the obx ones of ebay i let u know if they work or not
