Just wondering do stratus's have a good milage life? Like hondas 1,000 miles is still pretty good how are stratus's on milage life?

 

Please some one can you atleast tell me some problems youve accured with higher miles on your stratus?

 

had 96 avenger 2.0L put 200000 miles, it died, no major repairs.
now stratus coupe 02 3.0L no major repairs 100000, just annoying stuff with steering wheel noise

***note both were mitsu engines

friend with a lead foot who has an 02' stratus with probably 80,000 or so and he hasnt had to touch it.

 

i had a 97 Avenger 110000 and now i have a 05 RT 34000 never had any problems with any car...you really can't go wrong wit hthe Mitsu Engine, they are pretty solid

 

I agree i used to own a 94' lebaron GTC in high school with the mitsu 3.0 V6 and it got drove HARD (young and reckless). Only problem i had was the fuel pump went out at 100,000. Sold it with 120,000 or so it was a great car. Oh and the previous owner who had it didnt exactly baby it either.....

 

01 status r/t, 130,000 miles with no major problems. all i have had to do is replace the 02 sensor and front wheel bearings and blinker fluids. wait no, i ment brakes. ha

I have a 99 stratus, and havent had any major repairs done, i have just started to have a problem with the crankshaft position sensor which i think was damaged during tie rod replacement,not due to mileage. i have 125,000 and seems to be running pretty well, just normal maintenance will keep it running for a while i would think.
