Lol, making money by modding is the best. My number one score was when I bought my current rims for $250 and then sold my flower pedals for $900. I miss when the economy was good and people would pay top $ for mods.

teach- can we pass inspection with a roll pan here in PA?

I wouldn't think pa. was that hard up. on rear end protection. Now Ct. heh heh It wouldn't surprise me in the least lol

Pa busts ***** about anything they can think of. Really is a pain to deal with all of the dumb vehicle rules here.

Bad news, just looked it up and the roll pan is not legal for inspection.

i didnt think so. but if you find someone willing to let it slide, it shouldnt be a problem. i want 1 and for only $100 u cant beat that plus i would paint it myself. but i want the protection of the step up even if it is rusty. damn PA salty winters.
