He's probably selling it because it "IS" locked.... Tell him you'll buy it.."CASH"...if you can plug it in your truck and "turn-it-on", + if it's unlocked.....here's the cash+it stays/you have something to play/learn with (instead of nothing),.... we can all tell 727, how excited you are to get it,...just BUY IT...if it's not locked..and is as good a deal as you said. nah i wont waste my time from what teach has taught me ill wait for a good deal on a 3865 that way i can take advantage of all the NEW features.....theres a few on craigslist down here that will fit your truck ismo...or lb79....with a pic of some nice ******* behind it to help the sale ......i have been looking hard tho and was excited to grab this but ill wait for the better....your right tho ismo...couple more hoildays coming up ya never know what ill get.....
